The creation of (mag)² impulsion is dictated by points, curves and forces translated through Grasshopper and Python. The user creates and selects points in rhino space, where curves are then created. The user then creates curves that will act as magnetic attractors. Based on the manipulation of sliders in grasshopper from the user, which includes the magnitude and push of attractor curves, the curves that are created become manipulated by the forces.
While these curves are manipulated, new curves are randomly generated between curves, where the user can also dictate step count and intensity. This creates the sensation of magnetic impulsion over time within an animation or a static snapshot of the transformation.
